Nuclear dynamics of molecules plays an important quantitative role in formation of third order non-linear response of molecular aggregates. While functional role of underdamped nuclear modes in photosynthetic energy transfer can be contested in many cases, multi-dimensional spectroscopy readily reveals nuclear features in practically all molecular systems. We present a discussion of coherent vibrational features in 2D Fourier transformed electronic  spectra which are a consequence of energy transfer. We will discuss their unusual dependence on energy transfer rates in weakly resonantly coupled systems and a prospect of finding and classifying such signals in general molecular aggregates.
